Legerair Coating

We added anti-moss protection, preventing moss from adhering to the surface, on top of the standard Photocatalytic Ceramic Coating that uses the sun's light to break down and eliminate dirt.

1. Dirt is broken down by the sun and washed off by rain

Thanks to light from the sun, dirt adhering to the external walls' surface is broken down.
Then when rain falls, the water seeps beneath the dirt and then rises back up, breaking it off and washing it away.
The photocatalytic walls perform self-cleaning 365 days a year, so even 10 years down the line they will still be sparkling clean.

2. Resistant to fading

The ceramic coating thoroughly protects against UV rays.
Because it uses inorganic paint that is resistant to deterioration, it remains effective over a long period of time.

3. We added an "anti-moss effect" that prevents the adhesion of moss

The Photocatalytic Ceramic Coating (+ moss protection) used in Legerair contains copper, which has a long-lasting anti-moss effect, and maintains this effect for a long time.

Conventional Photocatalytic Ceramic Coating

The decomposition power of titanium oxide (TiO2) suppresses the growth of moss.

The titanium oxide (TiO2) further improves the anti-bacterial strength of the copper (Cu), allowing the decomposition power to suppress the growth of moss.
